Becoming a West Coast Coffee Franchisee

West Coast Coffee offers exciting franchising opportunities throughout Ireland . There is great potential for West Coast Coffee shops in most urban centres. Dublin will no longer have the monopoly on good coffee! Our product of great coffee and delicious food in pleasant surroundings will be highly sought after by customers. In particular we are looking for franchisees in:

•  Dublin outer suburbs

•  Main population centers around Ireland

Our Product

Our customer offering comprises selling only the best coffee and top quality food - all competitively priced and served in a relaxing and contemporary environment. In defining our product, we carried out considerable research in the coffee-retailing sector particularly in the United States and also in the United Kingdom and Europe . We continue to research the sector to ensure we remain abreast of current trends. Our product offering is fine-tuned as necessary to reflect changing consumer tastes.

Support Provided to Franchisees

We will work with franchisees all the way from site selection, shop design and fit out, to staff selection/training and shop opening. In addition, we will work with franchisees to ensure they have a strong grasp of the variables that impact on shop profitability. Once a shop is up and running, we will schedule regular meetings to provide support and advice as required.

Franchisees will benefit from our volume discounts with suppliers and will have access to our promotional and branded materials.

Costs

Shop fit out costs vary according to store size but will typically range from approximately €30,000 for a small kiosk to more than €100,000 for a larger café. The starting condition of your shop will also have a bearing on the fit out costs.

We charge an initial franchise fee and this reflects the licensing cost of our brand name, documented procedures, professional fees and also our initial time input in getting you into business. Thereafter, franchisees pay a royalty fee based on a percentage of sales.

We have teamed up with a major bank to provide finance where required (subject to conditions).
