Baristas
The role of Barista in a West Coast Coffee shop is both challenging
and rewarding. We equip Baristas with all the skills necessary
to serve the best coffee in Ireland ! We seek individuals who
are friendly, outgoing and enjoy working as part of a team. If
you have previously worked in our industry, you may possibly
join us at Supervisor level.
Supervisors
We employ people directly at Supervisor level as well as through
promotion from Barista. As a supervisor you probably will have
previous experience from a disciplined catering/café background.
You will report directly to the shop Manager and will be responsible
for cash handling, locking up and running the shop when the shop
Manager is not on duty.
Managers
As
a shop manager with West Coast Coffee you will be the person
responsible for delivering our customer driven service and running
your team of Baristas. You will be able to lead and motivate
your team whilst implementing our procedures. You will also be
responsible for delivering profitability at store level through
management of staff wage ratios, cost of goods sold and wastage.
West Coast is a
